I've set a goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2014. Training has been going well so far with only minor Achilles pain in my right leg/foot. Here’s my documentation of my push to get me to meet the Boston Marathon Qualifying time for my age group (3hrs, 5min, 59sec).
